I've been there.
I know what it's like not having that lean build or much muscle to begin with. I was once a skinny kid and didn't know my way around the gym.
Fast forward a bit and I was in Uni partying and grabbing pints left right and centre.
After several years of getting dialled in and focusing on consistent fitness and nutrition, I've been able to achieve the results I have today. I run marathons, Hyrox races, and I lift the heaviest I've ever been able to lift.
